With guidance from the Agriculture and Food Agency (AFA), Ministry of Agriculture, Taipei Flower Auction Co., Ltd. is partnering with the Taiwan Institute of Flora Education to hold the “Taipei Flower Market Sprout Explorers” family flower education program at the market from July to August this year. Through activity stations such as finding floral materials, getting to know the flower market, and creating their own floral pieces, children and parents can learn about flowers and their everyday uses in a relaxed, hands-on setting.
The program will be offered in four sessions, with each session limited to 20 parent-child groups. Registration is now open and will close once all places are filled, so families are encouraged to sign up soon.
