Morphological and horticultural traits

1.Plant: Weaker in growth vigor
with semi-open canopy. Longer
and harder thorns on new shoot.

2.Leaf: Dark green in leaf color.
Leaf size is lesser than 5.5 cm in

length and 5.0 cm in width.
3.Flower: The diameter of flower

ranges from 0.3 to 0.4 cm. Stam-
ens mature in the morning and pis-
til matures in the afternoon. Full

blooming occurs at the earlier period of September.
4.Fruit: Round shape of matured fruit with yellowish green color. Fruit weight ranges between 50 to 80

grams with fine textured pulp. The total soluble solid content of fruit is 12 to 15 oBrix with the acidity of
0.3 to 0.4 %. The shelf life of fruit is about 4 to 6 days. Fruit developments duration is shorter than 120
days with the maturity stage at the earlier period of December.
