Morphological and horticultural traits ˝͉ʿՉ̴ڀ̓

1. Plantjmedium-sized shrub, medium branched, evergreen azalea
2. Leafjoblong leaf shape with tapered base and blunt end. Both front and back side of leaf shows

in green. Medium-sized leaf width and length. Paper texture with no gloss and stripe.

3. FlowerjMedium bloom period. Long oval-shaped flower buds. Each branch tip has 1-3 flower
buds and each flower bud produces about 5 flowers. Big flower size and single flower type. The
overall flower shape is wide-funnel-shaped. Flowers have five lobes. The upper separate portion is

oval-shaped and partly overlapped and the base portion is ovate-shaped. The major flower color Woody
is red (RHS38A) shading in light and dark. The minor color is white (RHSN155B) which shows in

the center of the lobes. Flower color is striped in red (RHS38A) and the corolla lobe was margined.
Moderate flower throat in narrow distribution. No fragrance.
